Vacation Concierge

Concierge West (CW) is a personalized service for those leasing a vacation house/condo or arriving at their second home.  Ask yourself the following questions:

  • Who will open the home and prepare it for immediate occupancy?
  • Who will stock the necessities for kitchen, bath, bedrooms and laundry?
  • Who will obtain additional cribs, mattresses, bedding as needed?
  • Who will assist you in staging/catering for a special event?
  • Who will make arrangements for destination activities?
  • Who will inspect premise upon move-out of tenant?  (Pantry/refrigerator completely cleaned)

Allow CW to resolve these concerns while you spend valuable time with your family and friends. Our services are available on a one-time basis or throughout the occupancy of the home. We offer a turnkey opportunity to enjoy returning to your 2nd home or leased property hassle free.  Our services are performed in a professional, timely, detailed and courteous manner.  We suggest Vacation Concierge Packages, however, if they do not specifically meet your needs, we can provide a package tailored to your requests.

Simplify Package

  • Open home (coordinate with property management ensuring all rooms are adequately cleaned and stocked)
  • Shop and stock groceries and requested personal items for arrival
  • Provide a list of local activities and maps
  • Upon move-out, clean out refrigerator and pantry of unused food items

Balance Package

In addition to everything provided in Simplify Package, CW also includes:

  • Additional shopping day
  • With prior arrangement, tickets, guides and maps for local destinations or events will be left onsite
  • Meal preparation for arrival

Enhance Package

Service is personalized to your unique needs & based on the duration of your stay. Includes benefits of Balance Package in addition to availability for service requests for the duration of your stay. We prefer 24 hour notice to ensure prompt and thorough service but we will honor requests as quickly as possible.
