Anne: I started Concierge West in 2008 bringing the personal standard of service to my clients which was rooted during my 25 years in a variety of high level customer service roles. Those experiences include: the polish and demands of a first class flight attendant with American Airlines, implementing a VIP Concierge program at a San Diego luxury hotel, managing the client services of a health insurance company and juggling the daily tasks for my family, with three energetic boys. I learned the importance and gained a passion for delivering an outstanding quality of service and recognized my skill for juggling life’s multitudes with grace and resolve. I look forward to bringing that calm back to your life.

Mikki: A native Californian, I attended San Diego State University and then began a career with Pacific Southwest Airlines which was bought out by US Airways. In addition to serving as a flight attendant, I was an in-flight instructor, supervisor and always enjoyed the interaction with people. The East coast commute became too much and subsequently I made the decision to obtain my real estate license. With a son and daughter away in college, a decision to move to Coeur d”Alene, Idaho was a huge leap of faith. I became a Realtor in Idaho and successfully transitioned from the California sun to snow capped mountains – I returned to San Diego in 2010. As you can assume from my job history, my strongest attributes are in customer service; I love dealing with people in various situations.
