Concierge West was established on a personal standard of service I look to bring to our clients which was rooted during my 25 years in a variety of high level customer service roles. Those experiences include: the polish and demands as a first class flight attendant with American Airlines; a key position at a San Diego luxury hotel; liaison with a high profile insurance company and hundreds of agents; and juggling the daily tasks for our family with three energetic boys. From this I learned the importance and gained a passion for delivering an outstanding quality of service and recognized my skill for juggling life's multitudes with grace and resolve.
